Our apartments are all large and fully furnished. Every apartment has an indipendent central heating and it is enriched by one or two balconies, where our guests can sunbath or they can go down to the garden, that during the summer will be provided with chairs and deckchairs for leisure and relax.
Inside the garden we also find a games area for children and for adult people too, like ping-pong and table football.
Casa Delfino has two completely new bathrooms with no barriers for who has wheel chairs. Every bathroom has a shower with no shower tray, foldout chair, handbasin, WC and bidè (only in one of the two). Outside we have a rampa for baby carriages and wheel chairs. Every bathrooms has a windows with garden view.

STUDIO “A”

It is a studio with three beds on the third floor with balcony. It is composed of a double bed and a sofa bed, with a large kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, large bathroom with bathtub and shower box.

STUDIO “B”

It is a large studio with four beds; a double-bed and a sofa bed. It is composed of a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom with shower and shower-box. It is on the raised floor.

Two-roomed flat

It is suitable for 4 or 5 persons. It has a spacious lounge with a kitchen or kitchenette (with fridge, oven, washing machine), one or two balconies with a view on the garden or on the main street, a bedroom with 4 or 5 separate beds, a bathroom or a shower room (it can vary from one apartment to another)

Three-roomed flat

It is suitable for 5 or 6 persons. It has a spacious lounge with a kitchenette (fridge, oven and washing machine), two bedrooms with 2 separate beds or a double bed each and 2 extra beds in lounge, two balconies with a view on the garden and on the main street, a bathroom or a shower room (it can vary from one apartment to another).
