Kate's house
A perfect holiday in a charming old fashion House.It is at the first floor.It is very close to the sea. You can reach easily the center of the city but at the same time You can sunbath on the big terrace, or stay in the garden that surrounds Kate’s House.
Kate’s house has all the modern comforts: air-condition, air-electric oven in the big kitchen, TV-satellite, internet wifi, washing-machine.
It has a large terrace, where You can sunbath or have breakfast, while seeing the sea, and two balconies with the garden view. The garden surrounds Kate’s house with big trees and green grass and a child playground area.
Kate’s house has a large kitchen – living-room with two nice sofas, and typical old furniture’s and old pictures, two bedrooms (maximum 7 persons), two bathrooms (one with a big bathtub and the other with the shower).
It is suitable for big families, that want to spend some days near the sea and at the same time taking some trips on the hills behind Diano Marina.

Diano Marina is a lovely little town on Riviera dei Fiori.
It is a town suitable for families. The beaches are made of sand and the sea is not so deep. It is ideal for children.
The clima is very sweet also during the winter.
It is reachable from the principal highways. The exit for Diano Marina is S. Bartolomeo al mare.
It is near to Nice Airport (110 km.) and also to Genoa Airport (100 km).
